Barnes & Click Adds Consultant to Plano Office
DALLAS, TX MARCH 3 2008 -- Barnes & Click
announced today that Melissa Carrillo has joined the firm as a Consultant in its
Plano office where she will focus on consulting to the hydrocarbon processing,
bio-fuels, and other process industries. Carrillo was previously Chief Technical
Advisor, Field Operating Services, at Universal Oil Products (UOP) LLC, in Des
Plaines, IL, where she provided technical support to UOP customers all over the world,
primarily for commissioning of new or revamped units. Her responsibilities included
creation of operating procedures, training of operations staff, and on-site supervision
of unit operations during commissioning and start-up. Carrillo earned her chemical
engineering degree from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
Barnes & Click Adds Senior Associate to Dallas Office
DALLAS, TX MARCH 16 2007 -- Barnes & Click
announced today that D. Loren Fuller has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant in
its Dallas office where he will focus on consulting to the gas midstream and LNG
industries. Fuller was previously Engineering Coordinator at Woodside Petroleum in
Perth, where he was responsible for supervising front-end engineering development for
the Pluto LNG project in Western Australia. Previously with ChevronTexaco, he led
design studies for the Gorgon LNG project and was facilities engineer responsible for
offshore oil and gas production facilities in Angola. Fuller earned his chemical
engineering degree from Oklahoma State University. He has eight years experience in
various engineering and business development positions in the US gas midstream sector
with Chevron and Dynegy and eight years in the international arena.
Barnes & Click Adds Senior Analyst to Dallas Office
DALLAS, TX JANUARY 2007 -- Barnes & Click is pleased to
announce that Navin Narayan has joined the firm as Senior Analyst. Navin holds
engineering and business diplomas from universities in India and an MBA degree
from Kansas State University. He has several years experience in financial
analysis in the logistics, manufacturing, financial services, and energy industries.

Barnes & Click Adds Senior Associate to Houston Office
DALLAS, TX FEBRUARY 21 2006 -- Barnes & Click announced today that Mark A. Brumbaugh has affiliated with the firm as a Senior Associate in its Houston office. Currently president of Principle Based Management Solutions, Brumbaugh has over 30 years experience in the petroleum refining and petrochemicals industries with ExxonMobil and Total. Since forming PBMS,
he has performed due diligence analyses for major refinery and
petrochemical acquisitions, successfully supported multimillion
dollar lawsuits as an expert witness, published articles on
refining/petrochemical economics and transfer pricing, and
completed integration studies of refinery and petrochemical
complexes to capture profits from unrealized synergies.
Mark is also an expert in conflict resolution. He earned
his Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.

Barnes & Click Adds New Members to Analyst Staff in Dallas Office
DALLAS, TX JANUARY 2006 -- Barnes & Click is delighted to
introduce the newest members of our analyst staff, Kelly Johnson and Shelly Norris.
Kelly joined B&C in May 2005 as a combination Administrative Assistant/Analyst and is
responsible for maintaining the database and producing the graphs for our new Refining
Perspectives newsletter. When you telephone B&C, Kelly’s is the voice you are most
likely to hear first.
Shelly joined us just this month and brings a substantial resume in computer science and
information technology. She will support our consultants directly in client engagements
and will have a key role in helping us develop new tools to improve our client service.

Barnes & Click Adds Consultant to Houston Office
DALLAS, TX FEBRUARY 1 2003 -- Barnes & Click announced today that Dan Altena has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant in its Houston office. Dan was previously Vice President with Duke Energy Field Services where he held commercial responsibility for the East Texas, Austin Chalk, and Offshore Gulf of Mexico regions. Dan brings to the firm a wealth of gas midstream experience which will be applied for the benefit of clients in that sector. Barnes & Click Inaugurates New Business Segment and Opens Houston Office
DALLAS, TX MAY 1 2002 -- Barnes & Click, Inc. (B&C), a Dallas-based international energy consultancy, announced today that Mr. Randy Miller has joined the firm to develop a petrochemical business segment. This new line closely complements the firm's long-established position as consultant to the gas midstream and refining sectors. Randy was with B&C in 1998 and early ’99 and gave the firm a petrochemical dimension during that period. Regarding the new appointment, B&C President Jack Whiteside commented, "We are delighted to have Randy rejoin our firm in the position of senior consultant, primarily in the petrochemical area.
